Development of Large-Scale Electricity Lines

Beginning in 2002, the Managing Director of HenryConsulting, Dr. Blair Henry, moved from his position as a longtime attorney and mediator in Seattle, Washington to Grand Forks, North Dakota to serve as a Professor in the Graduate School, create a team, and determine what was going to be required to develop the enormous wind energy resources in the Midwestern United States.
