You may wish to print the following instructions.
 
1. ORDER THE PRINTABLE EBOOK
2. Download the 1.5 MB zip file by clicking on SAVE
3. Remember where you stored the file, click on SAVE
4. Go to the downloaded file, open it
5. If the file does not open, download and install
    FREE software (JustZIPit), then open file
6. Opens page entitled “Welcome to..."
    See instructions to purchase the "activation code"
    allowing you to print the eBook
